如何注册投资类公司，要满足什么条件？

一、 需要什么条件

1、 投资公司是利用自己有的资产进行投资，并且以这些投资业务作为主要的经营项目。投资公司和金融性信托公司是不同的。《公司法》中对投资公司这样形式的主体表示了肯定，允许设立投资公司，设立这类公司不需要经过人民银行的批准。

2、 对投资公司来说，投资公司经营范围中的“投资”并不代表该公司直接经营这项业务，指的是该公司投资某产业、行业的范围。举例说明，假如该投资公司的经营范围中有“对旅游业的投资”，不是说可以经营旅游业，而是可以投资旅游业。

并且旅游业作为投资领域不需要报行业部门批准。

3、 内资企业设立投资公司只要符合国家的法律法规，在核定经营范围的时候可以用概括性的语言来描述。投资公司不仅可以投资其他企业，还可以经营其他业务，自己直接经营，但是要满足法律法规的规定，需要报经审批的要到有关部门报备。

4、 如果是一人注册投资公司那么注册资金不可以分期出资，要一次性到位。

二、 注册流程

1、 注册投资类公司首先需要核准名称，确定公司的类型，取名字、确定公司的注册资本、股东出资比例等后在线上或者工商局提交核名申请,等待一至三个工作日就可以出审核结果了。

2、 核名通过之后，就可以准备申请公司注册了，填写申请书，去工商局递交材料。

3、 到约定的时间携带准予设立登记通知书和身份证原件到工商局领取营业执照。

4、 领取营业执照之后去办理刻章、税务等工作。
