生产运作管理的目标和基本内容
上一期我们讲述了生产运作系统,这一期我们将继续讲解生产运作管理。当我们设计并实施一个生产运作系统时,为了使其能为企业高效地将输入转化为输出,我们需要对系统进行管理,因此引入了生产运作管理这一概念。生产运作管理的目的便是高效、灵活、准时、清洁地生产合格产品和提供满意服务。高效便是以少量地投入可以得到较多的产出,即如何使用最少的人力、财力、物力和时间,迅速生产满足顾客的产品和服务。灵活方面更偏向于适应市场变化的速度,对于顾客来说,新的产品和新的服务更具有吸引力。准时不只是“提前”的概念,而是在顾客所需要的时间按顾客需求满足顾客。最后一点清洁便是指产品生产过程中对环境污染最少。除此以外,企业还应该关注于市场竞争焦点:时间(T,time)、质量(Q,quality)、成本(C,cost)、服务(S,service)、环保(E,environment)五点。对于生产运作系统具体管理方法可以分为三点,即生产运作系统设计的管理、生产运作系统运行的管理、生产运作系统改进的管理。从设计开始,便要开始对系统进行充分管理,每一步都十分重要,同时每一步环环相扣,缺一不可。
